Design: Valentine Love Hearts
If you need a surface pattern or graphic design for Valentine's Day, this new design by Patrick Moriarty could be perfect. Patrick painted the hearts by hand with acrylic paints. He placed the hearts carefully in a pattern using Photoshop. They appear as a scattered group of hearts that are turned in different directions to form a seamless repeat pattern. This pattern has 4 different colour versions: red background, pink background, dark blue background and light blue background. Each colour version comes in 3 sizes: large, medium and small. Plenty of variety to suit a multitude of fabric projects.
The design is perfect for printing on fabric to make romantic fashion garments or accessories. It can also be used for home décor items such as a romantic cushion for a loved one. Stationery items such as gift cards and gift wrap would also look great with this pattern.
You can buy fashion garments already from PAOM (Print All Over Me). I have included some pics in the gallery below of a raincoat, a bomber jacket, leggings, shorts and many others. If you would like to buy any of these items, please click on this link which will take you to the Patrick Moriarty Paisley Power page at PAOM. Thank you!
You can order all of these versions of the design from the Valentine Love Hearts collection at Spoonflower.com. Spoonflower is an excellent digital printing company for fabrics. There are links next to some of the images, which will redirect you to the Spoonflower website where you can order the heart-shaped fabrics. The fabric samples arrived at my studio so I was able to take photos of them and post them here. I am very pleased with the quality of the printing and I hope you will order some of the fabrics shown here so that you can make fashion or home decor items. You can never have too much romance!
